Meta Platforms and any subsidiary, affiliate, or intermediary acting for it
- A written request to use or acquire Tone Trace — an offer only, granting no rights until accepted in writing and payment clears
- Future price matching: if a comparable emotion, tone, or voice-detection product later sells higher, the floor becomes ten times that figure, and the difference falls due on notice
- Acceptance stays at the Creator's sole discretion — meeting the floor obliges nothing

Limits: Any Meta use before written acceptance and cleared payment is unlicensed. The no-AI-training clause still applies unless expressly waived in writing.
